Welcome to CRG!
We are a private, multi-specialty behavioral health practice that has been operating on the north side of Indianapolis since 1993. Our group is unique in that it includes professional providers with specialized training, knowledge and experience in many different fields. These include:
- Child, adolescent and adult psychiatry
- Psychology
- Psychotherapy and counseling
- Study skills/strategy development
- ADD/Life coaching
Using our combined expertise and shared commitment to delivering high-quality patient care, we specialize in assessing and treating a variety of developmental, emotional and behavioral disorders, such as:
- Anxiety Disorder
- Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
- Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Disruptive, Impulse-Control and Conduct Disorders
- Learning Disabilities
- Mood Disorders
- Obsessive-Compulsive Disorders
- Personality Disorders
- Schizophrenia Spectrum and Other Psychotic Disorders
- Trauma and Stressor-Related Disorders
We have always believed that individualized, quality care starts with a comprehensive assessment of a client’s strengths and needs in all aspects of his or her life. A thorough evaluation leads to an accurate diagnosis, making it possible to determine the next best steps to meet the client’s unique needs. The results of an assessment can be used to formulate a treatment plan, affirm or adjust a current treatment plan, educate those involved with treatment, and assist throughout implementation of the plan.

What should you expect during the initial phone call?
Angie Kidd and Christina Pinex are CRG’s Intake Coordinators. As part of our Intake Team, their role is to try to understand your needs, explain our services, answer any questions you may have, and schedule an initial appointment with the most appropriate provider.
The following information will be requested from you during your initial phone call:
- Your name and the client’s name, if different
- Your contact information
- If you were referred to CRG, the name of your referral source
Please note that CRG does not require a referral from a physician in order to schedule an appointment. If a physician wants to make a referral, we encourage the physician’s office to call our office and speak with one of our Intake Coordinators. However, we ask that the family call to schedule the initial appointment.
- Your primary concern and/or reason for referral
- Your insurance information
CRG is only contracted with Sagamore Health Network; therefore, all other provider networks are considered out-of-network. We recommend you call your insurance company prior to your initial visit to determine your in- or out-of-network “mental health” benefits as these often differ from your general medical coverage. In order to assist you, our billing department has compiled a list of Helpful Insurance Tips.
