Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
Position Summary/Job Description:
- Practice that prioritizes work/life balance. We encourage our providers to create your own schedule. Our practice is open Monday-Saturday.
- Flexibility in choosing between in person or a hybrid model.
- Working within multi-disciplinary team allows providers to consult with other specialists and collaborate on the best treatment for the patient.
- Responsibilities will consist of evaluation and treatment of children, adolescents, and/or adults in private practice. Additionally, providers can conduct school observations, attend case conferences, and other collaboration with the patient’s treatment team.
- Currently, we have numerous open positions, applicants are not required to have experience in all areas, but openings listed below are areas in which we have increased need for additional services.
- We have a comprehensive office staff that provide support for providers including scheduling intakes, billing, coordinating follow up appointments, etc.
- Providers are W2 employees with a 401(k) retirement plan with matching and medical malpractice insurance
Current Openings:
- Psychologist specializing in therapy with patients with neurodevelopmental disabilities (autism/ASD, Intellectual Disability/ID, learning disabilities, genetic syndromes)
- Psychologist specializing in trauma-informed treatment (children and/or adults)
- General psychologist providing therapy across the lifespan to a range of diagnoses (e.g., ADHD, depression, anxiety, bipolar, PTSD, substance use)
- Psychologist with experience in assessment and diagnosis of children, adolescents, and/or adults across a range of diagnoses (i.e., ASD, ID, learning disabilities, anxiety, depression, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Doctoral degree in psychology with current license as HSPP Psychologist (preferably in the state of Indiana)
- New graduates or experienced providers encouraged to apply
- Excellent clinical skills including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions to children and adolescents and/or adults
- Strong communication skills, open to new opportunities and share CRG’s values of providing high quality care for patients of diverse backgrounds

- DBT training and experience
- EMDR training and experience
- PCIT/behavioral focused training and experience

Assistant Intake Coordinator
Position Summary/Job Description:
CRG is looking to hire a part-time Assistant Intake Coordinator to assist the Intake Coordinator with the scheduling of new patients to Children’s Resource Group. This person will be the initial point of contact for most new patients and communicate with them via phone or email to determine their needs and schedule with the appropriate provider. Essential duties include, but are not limited to, communicating with patients/families, discussing services and fees associated with those services, scheduling intake appointments, and sending required paperwork to new patients. The individual will work collaboratively with the Intake Coordinator, front office coordinators, billing team, and administrative team.

Billing Assistant
Position Summary/Job Description:
CRG is looking to hire a full-time or part-time Billing Assistant to assist the Billing Manager with the day-to-day operations within the billing department. Candidate must exhibit good communication skills, be detail oriented, and have the ability to problem solve and multitask. Collection efforts, insurance verifications, and explanation of benefit posting are examples of tasks that may be assigned. Some front office support (checking patients in/out, answering phones) may also be assigned. Telephone skills, customer service experience and prior collection experience preferred.
