As society places more pressure on women to gracefully balance the roles of family, children, working, body image, care taking and more, women often experience significant stress, anxiety, depression and dissatisfaction. We work with women in the following areas to help them improve their quality of life:

Dana Lasek, Ph.D., HSPP
Dr. Dana Lasek is a Psychologist with over 15 years of experience providing therapy for women. Dr. Lasek utilizes a variety of therapeutic techniques to meet her clients where they are while supporting them toward their goals. Dr. Lasek is originally from Indianapolis and received her Ph.D. in Psychology from Indiana State University. She is on the Board of Directors for the Indiana Psychology Association.
Valerie Long, Ph.D., HSPP
Dr. Valerie Long’s treatment approach is to provide support, encourage insight, and address maladaptive thoughts and actions to help individuals work toward positive cognitive and behavioral change. Dr. Long offers sensitivity and compassion in a professional atmosphere to help women with a wide range of life challenges and psychological issues. Megan Skelding, APRN, PMHNP
Megan Skelding is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner caring for clients throughout their lifespan with an emphasis on building a therapeutic relationship. Treatment follows an agreed-upon set of goals obtained through evaluation and diagnosing, with the use of medication as an avenue to assist with an individualized plan of care.
