Dr. Janel Burchfield is a licensed clinical psychologist who holds a masters and doctoral degree in clinical psychology. She has completed her doctoral training in clinical psychology specializing in children and adolescents. She specializes in the evaluation and treatment of children and adolescents with developmental, learning, emotional and behavioral problems. Dr. Burchfield provides evaluations, treatment planning, educational recommendations, social skills groups and therapy for children and their families in the areas of ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, learning disabilities, mood disorders and anxiety disorders.
Dr. Sandy Burkhardt is a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in the evaluation and treatment of childhood conditions, including autism spectrum disorders. Dr. Burkhardt provides assessment and treatment that focus upon the person’s capabilities in order to support successful functioning at home, school and in the community. She provides positive and practical approaches for individuals with disabilities (children, teens, and adults) and their families to meet their unique challenges. Dr. Burkhardt is Board Certified in Clinical Psychology and Clinical Child and Adolescent Psychology.
Post-Doctoral Child Psychology Fellow
Dr. Dreison is a child psychology fellow who holds a doctoral degree in clinical psychology. She specializes in the assessment and treatment of children and adolescents, with a focus on learning disorders, mood and anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive and related disorders, and sleep problems.
Presently, Dr. Dreison conducts psychoeducational evaluations for children and adolescents to assist with educational planning. Dr. Dreison will also be gaining expertise in developmental assessments of infants and toddlers.

Dr. Dennis Ray Kinder is a psychologist who specializes in the evaluation and treatment of children with developmental, behavioral, emotional and learning difficulties. Areas of specialty include ADHD, learning disorders/difficulties and mood spectrum disorders. Dr. Kinder has worked with children, adolescents and young adults for over 30 years as a school psychologist and psychologist.
Dr. Nathan Larson is a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in the evaluation and treatment of children and adolescents with emotional, behavioral, and learning difficulties. Dr. Larson provides individualized evaluations and treatment planning to meet the specific needs of each person and their family. Treatment typically includes some combination of individual, group, and/or family therapy to help people resolve problems including ADHD, problematic behaviors, depression, anxiety, social skill deficits, anger management, and mood regulation difficulties.
Dr. Valerie Long is a clinical psychologist who specializes in the psychological evaluation of children, adolescents, and adults and provides therapy for adolescents and adults. Her areas of expertise include treatment of anxiety and depression, women’s issues and cognitive training. Dr. Long has over 20 years of experience as a psychologist in Michigan, Florida, and Indiana.
Dr. Anna Merrill is a psychologist who specializes in working with children, adolescents, and young adults with intellectual and neurodevelopmental disabilities as well as other social, learning, and behavioral challenges. Dr. Merrill provides diagnostic evaluations and intervention services. Dr. Julie T. Steck is a psychologist who specializes in evaluation and intervention of children and adolescents with developmental, learning, emotional, and behavioral concerns. Dr. Jillian Wise is a licensed pediatric neuropsychologist, who specializes in comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations for children and adolescents with neurological and neurodevelopmental disorders. She has experience working with children and adolescents who present with complex and chronic medical conditions as well as developmental concerns, including epilepsy, stroke, neurofibromatosis, brain tumors, cancers, congenital heart disease, genetic disorders, hydrocephalus, prematurity/low birth weight, attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (AD/HD), and learning disorders.
