Dr. Lowinsky received his undergraduate degree from Oberlin College in Oberlin, Ohio and his medical degree from the Medical University of Ohio at Toledo. He completed his general psychiatry residency at the University of Wisconsin in Madison, and his adolescent psychiatry, consultation, and family systems fellowship at the University of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Dr. Lowinsky is board certified in adult psychiatry. He has received a number of awards including the Nancy C. A. Roeske, M.D. Certificate of Excellence in Medical Student Education at the Indiana University School of Medicine. He has also been elected distinguished fellow by the American Psychiatric Association. A member of the clinical faculties of Indiana University School of Medicine, Marian University School of Medicine, and the Butler University Physician Assistant Program, Dr. Lowinsky is particularly interested in the education and training of non-psychiatric medical professionals in psychiatry. He presents locally, regionally, and nationally to medical and non-medical audiences on topics related to psychiatry. His clinical practice at CRG is focused primarily on the treatment of adolescents, adults, medical professionals, and their families struggling with psychiatric disorders impairing their optimal functioning both professionally and in their personal relationships.
Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist
Dr. Jason Rowland is a child and adolescent psychiatrist specializing in the evaluation, diagnosis and medication management of emotional and behavioral problems including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, ADHD, psychotic disorders, and developmental disorders with patients from early childhood through adolescence.
Megan Skelding is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner caring for clients throughout their lifespan with an emphasis on building a therapeutic relationship. Treatment follows an agreed-upon set of goals obtained through evaluation and diagnosing, with the use of medication as an avenue to assist with an individualized plan of care. Megan’s areas of experience include anxiety, depression, mood and psychotic disorders.
