The Indiana Speech-Language-Hearing Association held its annual conference in Indianapolis on April 20th to 22nd. Each year, the Association bestows its most important honor, the Professional Achievement Award, to a member who exemplifies the highest levels of service, knowledge, and dedication. CRG’s very own Beth Waite-Lafever, MA-CCC/SLP-ATP, received this prestigious award this year. In recognizing Beth’s remarkable career and commitment to students, their families, and fellow educators, the Association noted that she “has made great contributions to our field in the area of AAC throughout her entire career. She is a mentor and role model for many who are passionate about working with clients who have complex communication needs.” All of us at CRG congratulate our colleague for this well-deserved recognition.
