Serving Children, Adolescents and Adults
CRG is a multi-specialty behavioral health practice serving children, adolescents, adults, and their families. We help people with learning, developmental, or emotional/behavioral disorders. Our professional group includes psychiatrists, psychologists, school psychologists, a speech/language pathologist, therapists, a postsecondary disability specialist, and an assistive technology specialist.
Our office will be closed or closing early on the following days:

In the midst of all of the hustle and bustle of the holiday season, don't forget to call our office at (317) 575-9111 if you are interested in scheduling an appointment or have questions about getting a prescription refill.
~2015 CRG Policy Change~
Beginning January 1, 2015, each individual CRG patient will be required to complete new registration forms. Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early to your first appointment in 2015 to complete registration forms. Registration forms can also be accessed the following ways:
1. CRG Website (please print and bring)
2. Front Office Staff
3. CRG Bulletin Board
